Rotex Cincinnati Hiring Event for Welder/Fabricators, Electric Arc (2nd Shift)
Offering $1,500 Hiring Bonus!
Train on the 1st shift for the first 120 days and then move to the 2nd shift with a standard 4-day, 10-hour work schedule.
2nd shift: Monday-Thursday from 3:30PM-2:00AM
(Frequent mandatory overtime extending those hours from 3:00PM - 3:30AM, plus most Fridays)
What: Meet with recruiters, take a written and blueprint assessment, and potentially meet with the hiring manager. Please bring a resume if you have one. Registration is encouraged, but walk-ins are welcome.

About the Role
Perform welding of ferrous metal parts including setup, fit-up, tack welding, gas burning and cutting, finish welding, straightening, and checking
Fabricate sub-assemblies and assemblies such as: Box Frames, Cooler Decks, Bases, Bottom Pans, Top Covers, and items of 16 gage and heavier, etc., in accordance with drawings and other specifications using necessary equipment, tools, jigs and fixtures
Welding processes: SMAW (Shielded Metal Arc Welding), GMAW (Gas Metal Arc Welding), and FCAW (Flux Cored Arch Welding)
Basic Qualifications
Welding Certification from an accredited institution
3+ years of relevant experience in welding and fabrication
Ability to read and interpret blueprints for weld fabrication
Ability to successfully complete pre-hire weld tests
